Privacy policy
What we collect
- When you book a board we collect your name, email address and phone number.
- We also store the date, time, board number and party size of your booking, and a booking reference.
- We don't collect marketing consent and we don't run analytics cookies beyond what Cloudflare logs for security.
Why we collect it
- To confirm and manage your booking (send your confirmation email, let you self-cancel, refund you if needed).
- To help you at the venue if something goes wrong on the night.
- Legitimate interest basis under UK GDPR — the information is the minimum needed to deliver the booking you asked for.
Who it's shared with
- Square — receives your email and card details to process the payment. We never see or store your card number. Square's privacy notice.
- Resend — sends your booking confirmation email on our behalf. Resend's privacy notice.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site. Cloudflare may log your IP address for security/abuse prevention. Cloudflare's privacy notice.
- We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Booking records are kept for 2 years so we can handle refund disputes and operational queries. After that they're deleted.
- Payment records held by Square follow their own retention policy.
